The Problem
A software agency's website is its main source of leads. It needs pages for every service and region it sells into, a blog the marketing team can update without a developer, and it has to rank in search.
What I Built
CMS-Driven Pages
Blog, service, location, and marketing pages are managed in Decap CMS, so the team publishes without touching code.
Regional Service Pages
Separate UK, Australia, and Singapore collections for country-specific service pages, including AI and generative AI development pages for the UK.
SEO
Per-page titles and metadata, sitemap and robots fixes, a Pagefind search index, related posts on every blog, and PNG-to-WebP conversion for faster pages.
Forms and Careers Flow
Contact and job application forms backed by AWS Lambda handlers, including a dedicated careers application flow.
